We only hold the data which you have given us, that is your name and address and probably telephone number and e-mail address.  We need these details to contact you to inform you about Society activities.  If you have given us other details such as your date of birth or employment status, then we also hold that information.

We pass your bank details on to a direct debit company so that we can collect your subscriptions but we do not retain that information.

You can view the data we hold at any time and ask for it to be altered.  

When you leave the Society, we archive members’ details for historical research purposes but you can ask for it to be deleted.
