The draw for this year’s Medico-Chirurgical Society’s annual golf foursomes matchplay competition will be made in early April. Professor Sir Ashley MacIntosh’s intention (in 1920) was “to enhance communication within the profession” – a relevant sentiment both then and now. A handicap formula based on skill and experience is applied. Each tie will promote your fitness to practice. Winners are expected to collect the trophy at the annual founders’ dinner.
