Clinically, she remains a practising General Practitioner and is Specialty Adviser for General Practice to the CMO for Scotland and past Director of the Scottish School of Primary Care. Professor Pope is Associate Postgraduate Dean for Academic Medicine in Scotland and an RCGP Clinical AI Clinical Consultant for Assessment.
